North Arm Cove, a planning priority in the Regional Plan
After decades of advocacy and community collaboration, North Arm Cove has officially been named a planning priority in the Hunter Regional Plan 2041. For the first time, the NSW Government has acknowledged the potential of this historic “paper subdivision,” opening the door for future investigation and sustainable development aligned with the Griffins’ original vision.
