• Principal/Director

    Dejan is the founding principal of DESIM Architects since June 2015 and a registered architect in NSW (R.N. 10502) and ACT (R.N. 2693). With over 20 years in the local construction and development industry, he specializes in high-performance building design, including Zero Energy, Carbon Neutral, and Passive House standards. Since December 2019, he has been a Certified Passive House Designer and Technical Adviser for the UN Development Program.

    Previously, Dejan contributed to major projects with Greenland Group Australia, Universal Property Group, and Meriton, overseeing design standards and project management for numerous high-rise developments. His early career includes seven years in Southern Africa, working on significant commercial projects.

    Tatjana joined DESIM in March 2019, bringing over 25 years of experience in NSW planning across statutory, strategic, infrastructure planning, and asset management sectors. Her expertise lies in translating complex planning policies into effective tools, contributing to numerous NSW government planning instruments. Her interdisciplinary academic background encompasses architecture, asset management, urban design, and public sector management.

    Emine brings extensive experience in interior design and project management, with a portfolio spanning corporate offices, government, defence projects, and residential developments.     As BIM Manager at Enravel, Trevor leads international BIM services, bringing over eight years of experience as Meriton’s BIM Manager. His expertise includes construction know-how and services coordination, enhancing project efficiency and accuracy.

    Piotr has extensive experience in building services project and stakeholder management across design, documentation, and delivery phases. He has contributed to significant projects with Mirvac, Westfield, Built, and John Holland, covering residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
